Inside the Wellnesshaus on the campsite, Physiotherapie Wallnau runs an independent practice with a team of state-registered therapists and wellness practitioners. The sound of the waves and the salt air make the setting that turns a good treatment into a memorable one — whether you arrive with a prescription or simply fancy something restorative.
Rehabilitation with a clear goal, or recovery without a referral: the practice covers both. Treatments prescribed by a doctor are billed to all German statutory and private health insurers. If you'd rather book without the paperwork, there's a wide private offering, from wellness massage and hot stone through yoga to personal training.
The practice has two locations on the grounds: the treatment rooms in the Wellnesshaus right by the beach, and the training room upstairs at the restaurant for equipment work and follow-up care.

The practice is an independent business. Appointments are made there and not at our reception — and only their website carries the full list: every insurance-covered treatment, the private offering from wellness massage to personal training, the prices and the opening times.
A prescription or simply the wish for a good hour: both work, and both are booked there.

The beach saunawith a view of the sea
The beach sauna is in the Wellnesshaus just in front of the dyke: plenty of room, a modern and spotless setting, and a sauna master who runs regular infusions. The highlight is the relaxation area with its sea view — after a session you lean back and look out at the horizon and the Baltic. The sound of the waves and all that blue put nature and wellness together in a way nobody manages indoors.
